Till date I have not received my LPG Gas Cylinder because the delivery person is denying to deliver it to our home just because our Home is on 3rd Floor and Lift is under maintenance and insisting us that he delivers only to the ground floor. My LPG Connection No.7000000040719409. On 29.10.2011, the regulator was leaking gas and I got this exchanged at Veera Anjaneya Gas agency, Teachers Colony, Nanganallur, Chennai-61. The exchange of this regulator was free and as per the message received, it was replaced free of cost. But the staff working there collected Rs.150/- from me for the new regulator issued. When I insisted for a bill, they asked me to visit the office twice ultimately, they issued a bill for Rs.177/- on 1.11.2021. I request the authority for arranging for refund of the unjustified money levied from me and necessary action may be taken against the staff for indulging in corrupt practices.

Now I want to unblock my connection and for that I have already applied through Ashirvad Gas agency on 13th March, 2021. But till today my connection is not released by the Indane. Please look into the matter and release my blocked connection immediately

I made my gas booking on 01/02/2022 and also paid through paytm while I haven't received gas refill yet.
Even before this, after booking gas repeatedly, I myself went to get gas from the godown because my address is not mentioned on my gas paper.
I have gone to the gas agency office thrice to get my address registered and have given proof of my aadhar and present residence to the employees present there but till now no solution has been found.
Please take proper steps, it will be great mercy.
