Hello,
My self samir dey from barrackpore, i applied for a new reliance gsm connection , which number is 9832627299.
It has been activated on 28th of jun,but the main problem is, when i request for this number, one of the reliance executive had come to me for collect documents or security deposite money, which was completed by myself that time,
But the particular sim card which i got that time, the sim card still not working, i did complaints more times to reliance,
After complaints on yesterday , The sim card has been changed on yesterday,
But the new sim card have the same problem, when i insert the sim into the phone its did not show any network signal,
I got to know after contact the reliance, they are saying that the number is active on another sim number which i dont have.

I have Reliance customer previous Postpaid Plan was 199/- an every month, no information to me which was upgraded to 299/- and I gave a request to degrade the same to 199/- once again calling to M.No.9330668288-Kolkata and also I have already paid the Amount of Rs.614.10P on 03/09/2017 by Plan Rs.299/- Hence,the calculate the excess payment refund of my Credit Card account and I have been PORT to JIO Telecom You please kind to release my number i.e. 8100211674. From 4 o clock (on 06/09/2017)I tried calling the customer support 6 to 10 times,but no one was ready to register a complain.
