on 9th and 10th of september i recarged my reliance sim for rs. 20 in 730892669 but for no apparent reason my balance becomes zero.

Hiiii. This rohit singh & i m living a partap vihar sector. 11 Ghaziabad 201009. There is a network issues i m many time Colling in jio care but they r saying in u r area network problem and they also saying in a 60 days they resolve this problem but now network r so poor now i can't make & take a call in my home. If i make a call to some one i m came out from house then network will came & make a call . Jio care r not provide me a valid parson who make me understand for this so plz resolved this problem .

I have a no.9863076000 running in bsnl prepaid ported from idea postpaid punjab . This no. was disconnected due to pending bill 109₹ of idea . Now when I inquired about above,they reply to me that above no deputed to previous service provider Reliance network to north east and they can issue this no to you . please help me to provide above no.
