Respected mam/sir,
I am vignesh raju. I am a reliance customer my no. is 9344355311(post paid). I bought this sim from this agency -
AVM marketing, No. 90/2 dhavan street , madhan gym, near src college, Trichy.
And the manager name is Mr.Rajesh.
I bought this sim when i got a call from customer care about a scheme called Rs. 399. They said that if we buy a new Sim with this scheme, 3 months i have to pay only Rs.299 ( i.e) for first three months we have to pay Rs.100 less and 300 deposit i paid at first.we get unlimited call on all networks. There wil be no more charges. They didn't informed us anything about tax and all.
I found good with the plan and bought the sim. First month i got Rs.207 , i paid the bill. Then second month they stated that my bill as Rs.452 , i was shocked and i didnt paid the bill then for the third months they said my bill is Rs1115.
They constantly calling me with new persons and new number till now they are calling. To each one i explained each time what plan i was stated but no one responded well just they were insisting to pay the bill.
So, i went to the manager Mr.Rajesh to this agency (address stated above).
I explained to him exactly what i was informed and what has happened but he has no manners to talk with a customer and to handle them. He was talking too rude. I had trust over not the agency but reliance that it's the most trusted network but how you can allow such fraud agencies and such irresponsible persons with great responsibilities.
But sir/madam even when i was ready to buy the sim, i told them clearly that i am a student, they said we will take care. I asked them clearly that would the bill exceed Rs.299 , they said no sir. And finally some how i got the sim but after that when i had this problem of bill i contacted them but i didn't get a proper response.
Sir/madam, its not about paying money but its about truth. If they would have told the correct plan properly we would not have any problem, even now i am ready to pay the bill but with what plan/scheme i was informed, as they said for two months it will be Rs.600. Because for their fault or lie or mistake i am not the one to suffer.
So, please help me. I am ready to pay the bill Rs.600 with tax and after that i request you to change my sim to another network or close my sim.
we believe and trust you so we seek your help, please sir/ mam don't disappoint us as the dealers, as we believe that you are not aware of what they are doing and we hope that you will help us and also take necessary action.
