Dear Sir/Madam,
Ref: Mobile No. 9373346561 – Scheme of Rs.408/- unlimited Reliance to Reliance for 365 days….
I had recharged my above number 9373346561 with RCH 408 as DIWALI BONANZA enjoy unlimited reliance to reliance local calls for 365 days Reliance CDMA on 9th November 2014.
I am sorry to state that after 1st of this September 2014 I generally call on 9322942836 and 9322888379. I found that my call charges also deducted on this numbers after September starts. I am shocked since I have paid for 365 days scheme and my charges have been deducted before 60 days of completion of scheme.
When I track for two time that I have been charged to this numbers also. I registered complaint no. SR 237627692 from Borivali west reliance gallery on 14.09.2015 @ 11.23am. I am not aware what is written by that gallery executive in this complaint. But I am sorry to say that I got message that my this SR 237627692 has been resolved there was no wrong deduction found from my account by reliance on 17/09/2015 @12.07pm.
It is really pathetic to mention that even after payment and valid period is not over for 365 days. Reliance is deducting charges for Reliance to Reliance call on my above two numbers. I don’t mind if it is charged for reliance to others. I had called 93229942836 on 7.05pm on 21.09.15 I have been charged .50 from my main balance. To confirm again I had called up same number on 7.08 pm on 21.09.2015 I have been charged 2.50.
Please look into the matter and see that I will not be charged for reliance to reliance call till I complete 365 days i.e till 8th November 2015. And also reversed my charges debited for reliance to reliance call made from 1st September 2015 till date.

Mene last month me mera rel no ka plan change kiya tha rel custard care me call karke postpaid ka. Last month apr aur march me mene 7-8 baar call kiya. Plan confirm kiya ki change hua hai .bt aapko may ka bill muje banake aaya h.
Mene plan change kiya tha rs 299 ka. Bt 2 din pahale custard care me call kiya to unhone bataya ki plan aapka rs 199 ka hi h.complaint nhi le sakate q ki aapka bill generate nhi hua h abhitak.
