Complaint Number active on another sim

    Hello,

    My self samir dey from barrackpore, i applied for a new reliance gsm connection , which number is 9832627299.
    It has been activated on 28th of jun,but the main problem is, when i request for this number, one of the reliance executive had come to me for collect documents or security deposite money, which was completed by myself that time,

    But the particular sim card which i got that time, the sim card still not working, i did complaints more times to reliance,
    After complaints on yesterday , The sim card has been changed on yesterday,
    But the new sim card have the same problem, when i insert the sim into the phone its did not show any network signal,
    I got to know after contact the reliance, they are saying that the number is active on another sim number which i dont have.
