JioLink is a new service by Reliance Jio which will make use of its 4G signals and provide consumers with efficient and effective Indoor Wifi solution just like a MiFi device without any battery and with a external antenna.
JioLink will use a Customer Premise Equipment equipped with a Unidirectional antenna for receiving 4G LTE. This CPE will be installed on the Roof or Terrace and Wifi router will be at your home or office. CPE and the Wifi router would be connected with a Cat5 or Cat6 ethernet cable. can buy JioLink from Reliance Digital or DX Mini stores. JioLink will be available at a one time installation cost of Rs 2500.

The battery of my JioFi has buldged. Upon researching the internet. This is now a known issue since last plus year.
So my question is why Reliance is not taking any precaution of avoid this dangerous battery bulge problem which can potential explode?
And more frustrating is why is the replacement battery not available in all the JioFi stores where the Wifi router is sold? Also consider selling it at a discount instead of charging full price when the problem is due to poor product quality.

Sir,
The battery shown in the image was replaced on 17th Aug, 20 after it has become weak by another on payment of Rs 450 at your customer service centre in Kellys, Chennai. The image of the receipt
is reproduced here. The battery loses its power within 2 hours and takes around one and half hour to charge! The one I had used and provided by the same centre had no issue. I would use it for the self same gadget as I do today. I never needed to get up during the night. Now I am forced get up at night to recharge the battery 3 times during the night. I charge another 3 times in the motning! Surely a used battery has been cleverly fitted into thè dongle! This is unfair. A customer goes to the CSC for getting fair deal. This is very unbecoming. I request u to pull up the person who fixed a used battery and provide a new battery. In this way you will retrieve your image

We are facing a lot of problems as the Wi-Fi router is continuously switched off from 2 days.the owner of the house where the Wi-Fi router is installed is switching it off and we are not able to get any service from the jio network. Our incoming and outgoing calls and messages are restricted completely and we are unable to use the internet from 2 days.
This problem has already happened several of times and we want your assistance.... Please visit our area and check & solve the problem. And make sure that this will not happen again in the near future.
