    Subject: Complaint against providing used dongle battery

    Sir,
    The battery shown in the image was replaced on 17th Aug, 20 after it has become weak by another on payment of Rs 450 at your customer service centre in Kellys, Chennai. The image of the receipt
    is reproduced here. The battery loses its power within 2 hours and takes around one and half hour to charge! The one I had used and provided by the same centre had no issue. I would use it for the self same gadget as I do today. I never needed to get up during the night. Now I am forced get up at night to recharge the battery 3 times during the night. I charge another 3 times in the motning! Surely a used battery has been cleverly fitted into thè dongle! This is unfair. A customer goes to the CSC for getting fair deal. This is very unbecoming. I request u to pull up the person who fixed a used battery and provide a new battery. In this way you will retrieve your image
