JioLink is a new service by Reliance Jio which will make use of its 4G signals and provide consumers with efficient and effective Indoor Wifi solution just like a MiFi device without any battery and with a external antenna.
JioLink will use a Customer Premise Equipment equipped with a Unidirectional antenna for receiving 4G LTE. This CPE will be installed on the Roof or Terrace and Wifi router will be at your home or office. CPE and the Wifi router would be connected with a Cat5 or Cat6 ethernet cable. can buy JioLink from Reliance Digital or DX Mini stores. JioLink will be available at a one time installation cost of Rs 2500.

I have purchased the router from pune on 20 aug 17 and its not even 5 months the router is already stopped operating.
I was told that there is 1 year warranty on the manufacturing items but when taken a complaint they say non of the parts are in the warranty i have not purchased the battery separately of the router then y are you charging me for the same?

Highly regrettable that I bought jio wifi connection from your showroom in infocity,gandhinagar but the same has not worked even one day.Even the battery is not getting charged.
Jio router is of no use.your talked to your Mr.Deavang and Parmar.They advies to get in touch with 198.When contacted 198 told me the battery is defective.
And your devang and parmar say you are going to install tower in sargasan,gandhinagar soom.
If you system is not ok why take customer for a ride.
Request rectify the connection or refund the entire amount of Rs.1500/-and close the case.

I live in uma hostel, ganapat university, Mahesana-Gozaria highway -384012 so my problem is jio wifi router is set in our Hostel but some router no work properly because our room is so near the router but speed is so slow like as 3G. And network is a very bed. Ane before Some day two survice man is came to in our hostel but work not properly. So please reaper or slove our problem.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is fyi i have online recharged by Jio wifi device no.8779325358 on 04-May-18 with Rs.498/- (Plan 2GB data for 91 Days) receipt of payment is available in my records of Reliance.
Complaint - Wifi signal is seen, mobile get connected but there is no internet service available on my wifi device from the second day of recharge.
Please check the same and revert.
