The company did not paid two years lease rent from may-2011 to april-2012 & may -2012 to april-2013. many reminders given in this regard to Mr. Abhishek Delhi because this case related to South Delhi, Zakir Nagar, kindly prompt action required and to be contacted on 9891434366/8178969704 for the above to resolve the issue of pending payments. thanks

Today is the 11th day daily I am registering complaint through app but seems no one is interested to attend complaint,no engineer assigne,only message is coming (your complaint is registered we will shortly resolve the problem )and second message is( We have an ongoing Network Outage in your area and Our technical team is working on the problem. Estimated Time to resolve is 4 Hrs.Tikona) and also saying if you still facing problem you can chat through what's up but no one is chatting,today technician visit to my place and he is our tower has been shifted to some other place and it will take 3 to 4 days more to restore new connection

complaint on not disconnecting services from company side by Omkar Pawar:

I mailed the company in January to ask them to cancel the service, but they did nothing.
On June 20, I received a call from the public prosecutor in Delhi regarding the Tikona company's incompetence.
They charged Tikona outstanding bill Rs. 3998 without using broadband service after I went through the legal process.
After all of this reckless behaviour, Tikona did not disconnect services & also not get refund.
I want to cancel the service right away and get my money back (Rs. 3998).
