I'm self Thanga Durai I as book a Ola auto on 23-01-2023 the total amount show in Ola app 225rs but the driver toll you amount 525. I ask him he toll there is a cancellation fee so you pay must and I toll I not see any cancession fee in my account. And also one call from from partner customer care she told you pay 525 and she just cut the call. Is in hospital so there is a emergency so I will pay that driver 525. But but I was not canceling any ride the rider only told please cancel your ride because he asking for a extra charge I told no I not pay extra so he told cancel your ride so I cancelled because. In my cancellation time do not show any cancession fees you did not remand my cancellation fee. it's not fair. I want my 300 back please help as soon as possible. Thank you

I used Ola Cab from Dombivali to CST international Airport CRN 7479549702 on Friday 30 June 2023 started at 4:00PM
Mini Silver WagonR, Driver name: JIVADHN KUMAR CHOTIL Contact number:- 9137292886
After reaching to Airport driver ask me to pay Rs.881. I paid Rs 881 by using Phone pay. First payment was on hold, not successful. Driver asked to pay again as he was in hurry & he did not receive first payment. Second payment was successful for Rs. 881. Driver promised me to return back money if he receives double payment.
First payment cleared after few hrs. & credited to driver account by Phone pay.
But driver not responding to return back Rs 881.

I raised double payment problem through Ola app, but no use. There is no feedback on refund.

Every time when I book ola auto they demand to pay offline and they charge extra money and if we ask they talk so rude and today I have booked auto with the exact location and the fare amount to pay was 290 change but after visiting to the location they driver was arguing that the location was end before though it was not ended he wanted to charge extra so was claiming that location got Ended and as the fare amount was 290 there he showed 320 something and on top he demanded to pay extra of 50 total he took 450 ever times this is happening and I have complained many times but there is no action from ur side I hope this will end here pls take some action and help ur valuable costumer thank u
