THIS IS IN REGARDS TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPLAIN NUMBER.
WE HAD GIVEN A COMPLAIN ON 28TH OF JUNE AND TODAY IT HAS BEEN MORE THEN 7 DATS BUT NO ONE HAS TURNED UP OR CALLED REGARDING THE SAME EVEN AFTER REPEATED REMONDERS BY US ON THE TOLLFREE NUMBER ALMOST EVERYMORNING.
THE LAST COMPLAIN FOR THE SAME ISSUE WAS ON 25TH MAY COMPLAIN NO KOL218052200002 WHERE THE PERSON HAD CHARGED RS 3500-00 BUT THE MACHINE DID NOT EVEN WORK FOR A MONTH.
CANT EXPECT THIS FROM A COMPANY LIKE VESTAR..
REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE SAME ASAP OR ELSE WE WOULD HAVE NO OPTION BUT MOVE CONSUMER FORUM.

3 Ac were purchased last year..... A regular service within warranty period was asked from the dealer Shadaab electronics against which a person came and started wiping ac with a dry cloth and said this is all which company provides in service.. is this the service?

I brought split AC 1.5 ton in 2021. At the time of purchase it was offered with 3 free services and 5 years warranty. Now they are asking for service charges which is 1100 + vat. However they also need 2 services in a year to maintain the warranty of 5 years. Seriously I have been cheated with this and I am really dissatisfied with their services for customers. I have logged complaint for ac service and no one called me nor visited to addressed my complaint. I swear this is my last product which I have purchased from them also I will never ever recommend Vestar to anyone. Don’t buy it go for a good brand.
