IRCTC launches Toll Free 24×7 Helpline
Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC), a public sector undertaking of the Ministry of Railways, has launched a centralised Toll Free telephone No. 1800-111-139 for the convenience of railway users to suggest/grievances relating to catering services on Indian Railways.
The facility is available 24×7 on this number and railway passengers can register their Complaints/Suggestions Regarding Food and Catering Services. Wherever possible, action is taken on real time basis for redressal of their grievances.
Railway users may also lodge their complaints on IRCTC’s official website i.e. www.irctc.com
OR may contact IRCTC 24X7 Control Offices phone numbers i.e.

i was booked my ticket for haripriya express for 11/08/2017 from reniguntha to belagavi on irctc web site through my creadit card. my card have debited the amount but i dont get comfirmed ticket. and in my irctc a/c flash the msg NO RESPONSE FROM BANK. and also all your customer care number are disgusting not available at any time
so please attend the prob

I have book my ticket through irctc, and haven’t confirmed my ticket so in enquirer section they told me that u got refund in 24-48 hours but I cannot got my refund back.
