I am travelling from shirdi to bangalore .His name is ANil S. Satapptte TT for AC 3tier and 2 tier manmad to sollapur he is not bothered about aged people . There is no coutesy and manners in his list ecpecially towards ladies thought he is the owner of the train . And i requestec alone travellim that too infront of others he screamed and scolded on me i was litterly cried that day nobdy is taking action agsinst him . I hv an e ticket it is not confirmef waiting list one and i took a general tocket in kopergoa ststion and rewuest him to alot a seat eith an ecta cost he told no availbality then infront me one girl wth parents came snd requested for daughter sholwing counter ticket but is in waiting list condtion immedialey he told ger to get into the train i surprised and adked why you are doing like thid. Immedaitely he reacted in such a bad way realy felt very bad . Pls take a actiin this should not hapoen others also . Aftr that i paid dfrnce amount in sleeper coach and siuting and to bangalore. Pls take action against hin. Thiz is my request
