IRCTC launches Toll Free 24×7 Helpline
Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC), a public sector undertaking of the Ministry of Railways, has launched a centralised Toll Free telephone No. 1800-111-139 for the convenience of railway users to suggest/grievances relating to catering services on Indian Railways.
The facility is available 24×7 on this number and railway passengers can register their Complaints/Suggestions Regarding Food and Catering Services. Wherever possible, action is taken on real time basis for redressal of their grievances.
Railway users may also lodge their complaints on IRCTC’s official website i.e. www.irctc.com

Hi there, Myself Nitesh Malviya, my user id is MALVIYANIT on IRCTC Mobile App. I made a transaction of Rs.1155 on 21st of April for bokking train tickets which got failed. The money from my bank account was deducted and today is 24 but still I havent received the refund yet.

I have TDR against cancellation of ticket of PNR No.2442195396, after 3 weeks i had received an email regarding approval of refund of amount of Rs.1625 which has been approved by GGM, Delhi.
Even after one weeks of receiving of email no money has been credited yet in my account, i have lodged many complaints regarding this matter.
