My belonging contains of original board certificates of SSC and HSC etc, Cash and cloths, stolen by culprit, during returning to Mumbai from written exam of Delhi police. I was in the general compartment of Dehradun Express Vide Train No. 19020. Dated 25/12/2018. My Ticket No. UAB 62876968. bought on 24/12/2018. At KOTA JN I realised my property missing . immediately contacted there on duty Railway Police , I was advised by Police that after alighting Mumbai you lodge your complaint. To lodge complaint approach to TC of Train, my complaint was denied by the on duty TC and said he do not have any complaint book with him. Kindly look in to the matter and take fit and proper action to get my original educational certificates back.

I have booked two tickets in train no 12258 from Thiruvalla to Yeshwanthpur with date of journey on 26-08-2019.Both of us being Senior citizens, I expected Railway to allot at least one lower berth as I requested for lower berth.
