Dear Sir,
My date of journey was on 16/04/2020 by Shakti Punj Exp but, this train was cancelled by Railways for lock down.
This cancelled ticket bearsthe PNR No : 8231443025 & the refund amount was Rupees 240/- for the said cancelled ticket. Although, myself is not received the said refund amount till date.
Kindly send this refund amount to my Axis Bank account immediately.

I am Kiran kumar from karnataka, i came indore to visit a site which is in madhya pradesh and strucked hear still 45 days according to lockdown rools. Now i am trying to go back Bengauru by special train which available now.i am trying to create a user id for reservation purpose, but i cant create.
