    On 10.08.2017 I was waiting at the location but, surprisingly the driver cancelled the trip. When I called up, first, he said he did not know about the booking and may have got cancelled, and to do the booking again. After, I learnt that he cancelled it, i called up again when he lied that he waited for 10 minutes. I have screen shots of my mobile to know my calls to the driver to compare with the booking time and the cancellation time. It all happened in 2 minutes time. I am wrongly charged cancellation charge of Rs.63. You may check, I have make another booking and travelled.

    Some time in September 2017 I had booked uber car from Fort, university Mumbai. As the cab did not reach for more than an hour, I had to cancel and now when I book a cab it is shown that I have to pay now Rs. 63 or so now to the driver. But the cab services are not at all made available with the result I have switched over to ola. If you can resolve, I will again revert to uber and not otherwise.

    I was charged ₹ 50 extra for 2 trips on 29 November , 2017 and 23 November, 2017.
    I had a promo code of ₹50 off on both the trips but while paying the amount was the original amount instead of the discounted amount. For 23rd November the discounted amount was ₹244 while booking but I was charged ₹294 while paying and for 29th November the discounted amount was ₹279 while booking and ₹329 while paying.

    What is the hell is that today I board the cab around 6: 53 pm (11/01/2018) from block e street number 7 east Vinod Nagar New Delhi 110091 from new Ashok Nagar metro station New Delhi,110096 IN POOL it was shown 59rs after completing my ride it will come 164rs.what the fuck is that .then because of your customer care executive they charged more money that is 105rs extra what is that the total amount is 269rs how can possible. I want my money back. so kindy back my money otherwise I 'll sue in the court.

    I had a Uber ride on 30/12/2017 at 10:48PM and my bill was 140.24/-, I had selected UPI payment options for payment but my mobile Internet was not working after i finished my ride so i paid the same amount in cash. Now in my uber account it is showing outstanding payment of the same ride.

    to day evening I books one taxi from vikram nagar Firozshah Kotla to Loni Road
    Shahdara the booking was confirmed and one cab having driver name Mr. Sanoj Kumar having mobile number 08700676547 of vehicle bearing last number 9220.

    I was waiting for the taxi but when I called Mr. Sanoj Kumar he said that I have cancelled the trip because he rang me up three times and I not picked his phone.

    Whereas when I checked my phone immediately there was not missed call and hence was charged for the sum of Rs. 42.00 unnecessarily where as I was continously waiting for the taxi further the Driver Sanoj Kumar asked me to book the other taxi. I was left with no option and booked the other taxi Mr. Sanjeev DL 1RT 9989 at the same time.

    It is not possible that I had not picked the phone of Mr. Sanoj Kumar and booked the other taxi for the same route.

    It is my request to you kindly take the matter seriously so that the other person like me should not feel embarrassment like me and please refund me the sum of Rs. 42.00 as the same was detected.

Charges was 31.90 for two persons but Driver told me your previous payment were not deducted and I pay him 105 Rs.     I booked an uber XL yesterday and immediately I contacted the driver and told our location, he told us to come to my location in a few minutes, after sometime he contacted me that he won't come to my location and asked me to cancel the trip, for that I refused to cancel since I have brought 5 adults and two infants with me, then without any information he silently canceled the trip, the msg also reflects the trip cancelled by the driver, thereafter we tried to book uber GO, uber pool and uber auto and also OLA auto from the same location but none is available therefore after 45 minutes we engaged two private autos in the stand near by Gosha hospital to reach our home, but I shocked to see the msg that an amount of Rs.150/- at credit, that amount to be paid my me. For the driver's mistake how can I be responsible for cancellation fee. Hence I request to verify and clear the credit and inform the same to me.

    Today, Uber cab ( Driver Habib, ph. no.8777670255) has billed me for a trip without giving the same as I had PayeTim payment mode in a trip.

    The cab didnot turn up but made a trip to cheat the customers. If Uber organisation can cheat an educated mass the what about our general illiterate mass ? This way Uber is making crores of rupees as most people can't make complain. Another interesting fact is that any complain though mobile app can't be submitted to them as it was designed in that way to keep complain minimum. M/s Uber must stop such mass cheating of people of India.

    uber customer service is so pathetic that i cant explain in this email. 2days back i complaint about a driver for which you guys have apologised. but i dont think uber is serious about his business. i personally have to take some action from my end. today this driver Santosh called me and said if your destination is far then he wont go. so i have to lie by saying its not far just to make sure he dont cancel the ride.when he came he asked me then i said i have to powai. when i said him powai he was very rude with me and was literally shouting and threatened me. i requested him to please go as i was getting late for a meeting.he was continuously pinning me and was abusing me. even i started fighting with him and asked him to take the cab to nearby police stating. he refused to take me and locked the car and threatened me. i didnt say anything he said if i say anythng he will through me out of his car.also when i booked the cab the name and photo of driver was different. driver didnt match the profile in my app. it was white tata zest. i asked him to show his ID but he refused to show and said he dont have licence and again started fighting i was so scared so i did not say anything to him.i am shocked how uber guys can be so irresponsible. uber is really really pathetic.when i said i will complain about you he was like do whatever you want to. i have already complained about this issue to uber but there was no proper response. no one entertaining me. Uber has to take some strict action againt the driver or else i have to take some action from my end. i have the drivers photo and also i have the complain detail with me. the driver name is santosh he picked me from Kishan Nagar thane 400604. at 12.53PM on July 5th 2018. and dropped me to Powai hirandani supreme business park. If you guys dont want to take any action then please let me know i will handle it my way.
