I booked an uber XL yesterday and immediately I contacted the driver and told our location, he told us to come to my location in a few minutes, after sometime he contacted me that he won't come to my location and asked me to cancel the trip, for that I refused to cancel since I have brought 5 adults and two infants with me, then without any information he silently canceled the trip, the msg also reflects the trip cancelled by the driver, thereafter we tried to book uber GO, uber pool and uber auto and also OLA auto from the same location but none is available therefore after 45 minutes we engaged two private autos in the stand near by Gosha hospital to reach our home, but I shocked to see the msg that an amount of Rs.150/- at credit, that amount to be paid my me. For the driver's mistake how can I be responsible for cancellation fee. Hence I request to verify and clear the credit and inform the same to me.
