Uber is just taking Care if Customer not Driver of car ..earlier incentive and payment has been hold from uber
I m taking my car back from uber and with my Friend because my friend and other uber members are totally frsusted due to Uber Service
I m taking this report to MNS Vehicle Leader Nitin Nadgaonkar who is In charge Of Vehicle Everyone one Knows who is Nitin Nadgaonkar because that person is giving Justice to Uber Drivers
Now I m taking my car back from uber and other My members also 30 to 40 members
And we want our payments back with incentive this is the concern or request what ever uber accept
My complaint is against Amit person who assured u will get but not given and I also intimate Kurla office

Hi,
I have booked Uber car on yesterday 16/9/2018 around 9pm. Car was booked but did not reach to the desired location ,mentioned in the App map. when i called him he refused to come to that location which was hardly 1 minute from hi s;location and rudely said i am going to cancel the trip. And he cancelled the trip, as no fault of mine Uber showed outstanding of Rs 47.25 in my account. by no fault of mine why this outstanding is shown and because of this i have not booked Uber on the same day for my onward Journey, because i know if i book the same then you will charge outstanding amount of Rs.47.25 in that bill.
Hence please remove this outstanding at the earliest or otherwise i will be forced to not to use uber in future and complain to consumer forum as well. Ideally you should have deducted amount from Drivers payment not from customer (that also no fault from customer).
I hope you will understand and do the needful at the earliest and instruct your drivers not to do the same in future..

The driver cancelled the trip without any notificatication and I received the cancellation trip notification .Now , it says I should be paying Rs 20 for cancellation of trip . Please revert this unfair charges .

We have booked cab yesterday. Cab,s driver has taken our Mobile and cancelled our ride himself and refuse to travel. Full amount of travel is deducted by you. Their is not our fault this is intensionally by cab driver. Please take strict action on driver and refund our money.
