    Hi,
    I have booked Uber car on yesterday 16/9/2018 around 9pm. Car was booked but did not reach to the desired location ,mentioned in the App map. when i called him he refused to come to that location which was hardly 1 minute from hi s;location and rudely said i am going to cancel the trip. And he cancelled the trip, as no fault of mine Uber showed outstanding of Rs 47.25 in my account. by no fault of mine why this outstanding is shown and because of this i have not booked Uber on the same day for my onward Journey, because i know if i book the same then you will charge outstanding amount of Rs.47.25 in that bill.
    Hence please remove this outstanding at the earliest or otherwise i will be forced to not to use uber in future and complain to consumer forum as well. Ideally you should have deducted amount from Drivers payment not from customer (that also no fault from customer).
    I hope you will understand and do the needful at the earliest and instruct your drivers not to do the same in future..
