Hi,
I was trying to place an order, my order was proceeded to the payment page where I added my details and the transaction was successful.
However the order was not placed and money was taken off... I'm very upset with this, and will make sure that in future there will be no orders placed for McD. regardless to the food provided.
A wonderful experience gained through McD.
Coming to the point I want my money transferred back to my account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Pathetic service!!Fooling customers at Drive-through.Recently I ordered Mc.Egg, Mc.Spicy paneer and fries on drive-through at gajrola branch (u.p).The quality of burger and french fries was horrible.Box in which burger was kept had no McD symbol on it and same goes for the box of french fries.I called and told them and no one took notice of the issue.

This is to inform you, I placed order on 9 April and 7th April. On both the days my order was cancelled without taking due care. Ordered was placed in Ghansoli shop in Navi Mumbai. We provided two alternate numbers , however still shop in charge do not have courtesy to call on alternate numbers and check with us. After complaining shop manager, he also not accepted our complain and do not have courtesy to deliver our order on urgent basis. Both shop manager and shop incharge are arguing with customer and behavior is totally unprofessional.

The order # FRP-DL-30-09-2018-302821. We had placed an order for sharing pack for 2 for MC Chicken burger and in Special instructions had mentioned wedges instead of fries and fanta with no ice instead of coke. The order we received from Fun Republic Mc Donalds had Chicken Kebab burger instead of Mc Chicken Burger, Coke instead of Fanta, and french fries instead of wedges inspite of mentioning in special instructions. Called 02249134735 at 14.10 Hrs and spoke to shift in charge named Nikhil (Emp Id - 99201711). He informed us that the store does not check the special instruction box and insisted us to speak to swiggy when we asked for manager he kept us on hold for more then 15 min and did not return back. While giving this feedback the phone line is still on where he can listen everything but still no response. Your service is pathetic.
