I changed all my switches to Anchor Penta. I was told that these are having life time guarantee and in case of any defect company will replace the same. Today, I got six switches changed with same defect I.e. locks broken in all switches but no replacement has been allowed. There seems some manufacturing defect in the product. Please look into the matter.

I have complained about the broken switches of anchor penta and I have complained 9 to 10 switches broken complaint along with anchor switches panel broken but the complained was not resolved and I have received message of my query was resolved it is absolutely wrong I was suggested by some senior on a call that I have to directly contact the dealer and they cannot change the switches and I will be charged per switches. I need to remind your authority that my complaints are not yet solved

Hai sir this is T.Raju from Telangana state.Sir i trusted alot of Anchor company that's way I put all Anchor Penta switches in total building but before completing 2years all switches one by one started to broken nearly 7 switches out of approximately 100 switches. I want replacement or refund of all these items please resolve this problem.This type of product negotiate the good will of company of Anchor. Please resolve my problem as early as possible. I try to attach broken switches but it is not possible.
