A community hall at LDG road little mount , chennai-15 named as St Thomas hall functioning and encroaching the platform fully. Besides, vehicles parked in front of the hall causing great problems every day. The church and its Thomas community without licence is a great disturbance for the people around. Sir.. we r in salem city frequently power cut in daily 2 hrs,also enquire in EB office they are told maintenance work carried out like tree cutting,pole replacing, periodical maintenance.. in this situation public are affected very much also it's not a rainy season& its essential,it is possible for Corona infection.. due to let out by home

Sir, I am residing at 3/845, Thendral Veethi, Near Muthuvai Timper Mart, Bharathi Nagar west, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District. I am very much proud to say, I am Dhinamalar reader for the past 30 years so far Govindarajan supplied news paper. Now, due to Corona I have not received newspaper for the past 40 days. One Subramanian, news paper delivery man delivering news paper to near my houses. I contact him through cell phone and asked him to deliver news paper daily to my house. But, he refused to deliver news paper. Please, take steps to deliver news paper through Subramanian to my house. Thanking you.

Made subscription payment on 1st June 2020 through online ,till now(8/06/2020) no response from dinamalar regarding my subscription number and receipt and from which date they will start distributing newspaper by their agent,I didn't except this type of response from no.1 daily .

Still I didn't receive dinamalar paper from today 1st August 2020 onwards nor the offer bedsheets received though I sent mail to subscription office the copy of receipt for amount paid sent.
On 29th one person cell no.9791575457 called me and I gave the name of agent who put paper to A60 Lakshmisundaram Enclave,99,Sammattipuram Main Road Madurai 625016 cell no.9994163494 premavijauakumar@gmail.com in the name of M.Vijayakumar /Premavijayakumar but so far didn't hear any action or reply to my mail sent to subscription .
Very poor customer service.
I would like to cancel the subscripton due to this kind of act by Madurai Office and is this is the way to improve the sales of Dinamalar without taking any responsibility towards the customer subscription? Thought of referring to my friend some persons to one of my friend Madam Subha manager working in Chennai HO but now I am very much disgusted.It should not happen for any other customer.Follow up action by the concerned is very poor and nobody from any department responded so far till 2.00p.m.
