Non-supply of Dinamalar newspaper by N. Srinivasan:

I have made annual subscription to Dinamalar Tamil daily. My mobile No. 9941028444, address being: G3-Annai Flats, 13, Pak Subramaniyam Street, Venkatapuram, Ambattur, Chennai 600 053. This being so, I was informed by my vendor that newspaper was not supplied to me.
This is unethical business practice and amounts to deficiency in consumer service, after receiving the requisite amount in full and in advance. Please arrange to supply the daily without interruption, including that for Friday, 19th of August, 2022.

Dear Sir,
I am a regular cutomer for decades. My preference to Dinamalar is apartfrom neutral and correct news, daily which comes on almost all holidays.
For the past 3 years I subscribe on annual basis.
On every holiday I have to contact your supervisor and complain no receipt of Newsa Paper.
Selvaraj is the agent for my housein Ashok Nagar, Chennai.
Though all the days paper comesout it is not reaching your subscribers.
If any alternate arrangement is done all the subscribers will be happy.
