It's too rubbish to see that a Central Jail (TIHAR) which is expert in managing everything from prisoners to staffs and from jail wards to jail numbers, failed to manage the Mulakat(visitation) booking section.
It is seriously disappointing that nobody response the calls, also the website doesn't work properly.
Kindly have some mercy on the families of prisoners.
