What a cheep quality material.

As I bought yonex nannoray 6000i on 10/01/2018
During a game when i was about to hit smash it got broken from the handle being up in the air only there was no direct contact with the floor i think the shopkeeper provided me with the used or older product please tell me the possible reasons that why this happened with the racket?
Before that one yonex nannoray 7000i also got broken in the same way.

Please replace my badminton racquet because i badly needed it as soon as possible.I just used it twice then it was already broken. Yes, you might say its because of "factory defect" like that and so on....and I understand that. What i'm concerned about its on how the way your sales agent handled their clients. They're rude, they keep on talking and talking. Yes, i understand your company rule whatsoever. So please try to train your agents how to handle their client for us to feel customer satisfaction.
Your agent advised me that it takes 3 weeks for replacement but i'm requesting to please replace it until July 04, 2018.

I had purchased a Yonex - Carbonex 6000 Badminton Racket (Bill Number - SS18-1920846) on 09th June 2018 from your mall at Tilak Road,Sadashiv Peth,Pune-30 and was very upset to find it defective in just 2 weeks from the date of purchase which included hardly 90 min of play.This is certainly not the product quality that I had expected from such a popular brand like yours.
After closely inspecting the condition of the racket,Officials at the store issued me a complaint receipt.
