Hi,
This is to inform you regarding the pathetic service of your dealer named Lucky Sports located near Jacobpura near sadar bazaar, Gurugram. Mail has been sent.on cosco email.id yesterday.
I had purchased cross trainer last year and is having an issue while operating. It is creating lot of sound and its moving handles are not fixed properly. This has been told to dealer( Lucky sports) number of times by personal visiting the shop, through phone call and even through messages but this dealer is not taking seriously and doesn't want to resolve the issue. Can you send engineer for getting this resolved as you are renowned brand which you would not want to get spoiled due to your dealers.

Delivery man...was like humko sirf issko delivery karna hai na ki..jaha aap rehtye ho waha rakhwana hai..I m staying on second floor v hv lift also ..thn he says this to us..koi .after that we saw that machine is Uninstalled no bodies guide me for this...na too dealer na too delivery man naa hi company. Tell me whr to go nd who is responsible..for this dealer was lk no reply back..no call back. No msg nothing. 11000 ka bill machine pye hai. Baaki 10000...ka..CET-85E..TELL ME WHR I WAS Wrong..in all this procedure
