URGENT ACTION IS REQUESTED. REFUND OF RS.399/-. DELAYED A LOT NO MORE FURTHER DELAY PLS.
Almost from 26th onwards, I am consistently writing this mails. But till date the refund has not been received. All the details are provided. I do not know why it is not getting resolved. If this is the resolution system in place, I doubt several thousands/lakhs of customers may be suffering.
Pls look into and arrange to refund the Rs.399/- immediately to my SBI A/c No.10442424456 without any further delay. If no refund received by tomorrow i.e. 2/8/2017, I will resort to complain to TRAI and other required levels without any hesitation.

There are three times we had made recharge. There is one time failed and twice success. The transaction that is failed is debited to our account 10442424456. This amount of Rs.399/- may be refunded immediately without any further delay.

इसके बाद 7:06pm पर बगैर दुबारा ओटीपी नम्बर दिये 399 रुपए का रिचार्ज हो गया, जोकि दोबारा ओटीपी नंबर ना दिए जाने के कारण गलतीवश था इसलिए दूसरा रिचार्ज के 399 रुपए मेरे जियो मनी में ट्रांसफर किए जाएं या मेरे दूसरे जियो नंबर पर दीपावली 100% कैशबैक ऑफर में रिचार्ज किया जाए
अंयथा मुझे कानूनन कार्यवाही हेतु विवश होना पड़ेगा
