    I booked ticket on 24th oct -17 on your side from pune (Shivajinagar)to Aurangabad. i paid rs.1389.00 online ticket for four (4) person and money deduct from my account but didnot get my ticket. I already complaints againest MSRTC customer care and they assured me that they refund my money in 10 working day but i did not recived my money till date.

    kindly requested please look this matters immediately.

    1जानेवारी पासून लोणावळा बस स्थानकातून मुंबई ,पूणे आणि ईतर ठिकाणी जाणाऱ्या प्रवाशांची अडचण होणार बहूतेक ...एस.टी.स्टँड कँटीन चालक ठेका सोडत आहे असं ऐकलं..कँटीन नाही म्हणल्यावर गाड्या कीतपत स्टँडवर येतील...??(कँटीन असूनही बऱ्याचशा गाड्या बाहेर खाजगी हाँटेलवर थांबत असतात)

    Misbehavior of ticket issuer of Kolhapur to Swargate semi luxury bus No MH 06 58957 ( bus timing 3.30 pm dated 1st Jan 2018 ) by Mrs Vaishali Yadav:

    Dear Sir,
    Myself and my Husband had made an online reservation of the bus - Kolhapur to Swargate semi luxury bus No MH 06 58957 (bus timing 3.30 pm dated 1st Jan 2018). While booking we had reserved front 2 seats just behind the driver referring to your booking seat chart. We had specifically reserved the front seats as we had our 2 wheel suitcase which could be easily places near these seats. We reached the bus stand around 3.10 pm and when we showed the reservation to the ticket clerk he directed us to the last back seat saying our seat nos. are on the last back row.
    We told him why we have booked these seats and requested him to allocate the seats behind the driver. The ticket clerk arrogantly instructing us that we should seat at the back seat or go by another bus. My husband narrated this to the controller. The controller then came to the bus and checked with the clerk. The clerk told that he had already given issued a ticket for that seat to some other passenger. (THE TICKET WAS NOT ISSUED TO ANY PSSANGER WHICH WE CAME TO KNOW AFTER THE CONTROLLER LEFT THE BUS AND THE BUS WAS STOPPED AROUND 100 MTRS FROM THE ORIGINAL STOP). Trusting the clerk the controller requested us to adjust with one seat behind the driver and one in the drivers cabin. Myself had to sit with another male passenger with a child which was very much uncomfortable.
    The ticket issuing clerk ( Mr. Kumbhar) was very arrogant and did have any manners while talking with a lady passenger. He also shouted and told us to complain whoever you want to and I am not bothered about it.
    A person like Mr. Kumbhar is a black sheep to the service industry and MSRTC. I hope based on the above incident you will take strict action against him so that this type of incidents is not repeated and set an example.

    I am a regular customer of MSRTC and still haven"t get refundable money when I booked 3 tickets from an online reservation system in Diwali vacation.I recently just visited to deopt in Pune and they said that to complaint ON MSRTC site and they people couldn't get exact status of mine cancellation.so plz look into the matter Seriously and the main thing is that the which were booked from red bus those people got the by hand cash this is not fair.1st give the priority to those people which were booed from MSRTC online reservation system.Kindly look into the matter.

    Respected sir this is for your information that I am traveling on 2march 2018 by mandangad bus I asked on enquiry counter can u please on the fans they told that some fans are working but again I asked that not a single fan is working they in return ask me from which bus u want to go they way the person sitting on enquiry counter answer me is in very rude way from his talk it come to know that he don't want to give a proper as he is threatening me it was ashamed to say it was spoiling the image of whole MRTC image hope u will reply for the same thanking you ( but don't take me in wrong way coz in summer season u should look after the basic need of the passenger )

    i booked the ticket in your site of mstrc online reservation on 4/5/2018 ,butsome reason i had cancelled my ticket ( cancellation voucher no 31878939 , & till now no refund amount has credited in my account , i also call to csutomer centre no response for call center please look into matter.

    I m regular passenger of your Shivshai bus services from Nagpur to Bhandara. And an official of the reputed govt. department.
    Major problem is time Consuming, get lot of Time to book tickets at two counters
    I. e. Main stand and HB town stand and also confusing for conductor to verified how many passenger in the bus. Because lot of ST staff travel by Shivshahi.
    Due to this circumstances we are frequently late to reach our duties.
    Sir, please verify how to use special services by ST staff on regular basis.
    Who is responsible for unsatisfied customer service .
    Get some steps to provide better service in the future.

    Today i.e on 25th December,2018 I has reserved two seats in Shivshahi MSRTC Bus from Hyderabad to Latur. I booked the ticket on Red bus on 24th, Ticket No:-35858719,Transaction Id:-RB290951896.
