    Dear team,

    This is madhubabu from Hyderabad, mobile no. 7396290060, today I went to purchased the grocery items at alwal, Hyderabad branch. I back to home and checking the bill and found the some price are high from MRP.

    like I purchase lifebouy 4in1 pack it's showing MRP is Rs.96/- but u people billed as Rs.110/- and ashirwad mirchi powder 200grams pack showing MRP IS Rs.60/- and billed as 121.20 for 2packs. Thing is what is the benefits for me the consumer court advertise that not billed more than MRP. BUT you people are billed more than MRP.

    KINDLY need the clarification for this or else I will large a complaints to consumer court, social media, and press showing with Bill and product.

    Dear Customer Care or Complaints Handling Department,

    I am a regular customer to Reliance fresh located at “No. 9, Varadharaja Puram MainRd, periyar nagar, Lakshmipuram, Masakali Palayam, Tamil Nadu 641015 (Ph: 0422 259 6112). Igo to this store almost daily.

    Your security guard named Kandaswamy behaves very rudely with the customers. Today,I have gone with my senior friend. As there were very less people (less than10) inside the store which is less than the permitted number which is 20 people, my friend requested to let us inside. Your Reliance fresh security named Kandaswamy shouted in loud voice very disrespectfully and said in a vulgar language that he is irritated of his work and he can only let the customers inside when he decides to do so.

    Also this security comes inside the store and shouts in a loud voice to all customers. This is not the first time the customers are treated so badly by this security guard.

    I request you to take appropriate action and teach your security guard as how to behave with the customers. Reliance Fresh has a good brand name and this name will be spoiled by such employees or contract employees.

    I went to relianc fresh today in delhi gh-8 paschim vihar , new delhi.. and I have seen that workers are working in hot as they were not allowed to switch on Ac nd not provide by even fans .. so i would request you to please provide them atleast that service that would help them to survive in this hot season ...     Sir it is not a complaint. I just want to share my idea. My idea is why the paper bill will replace by digital bill. So my idea is Relaince keep mobile no and add point to it. Why not bill will send to the mobile device directly by sms. And at security door step a moniter will fixed that recive the bill from the counter computer. And and then a conform mesg will again sent to the customer's mobile no. Here some issues will generate if the customer forget to bring the phone then extra charge will applied for paper billing that Change the mind of customers and they bounds to bring the mobile. And while. Billing customer have to say that mobile number which he has that moment. By this there is a no. Of benifits paper save. No fear of lose of bill .and most of time customer through that bill after buying. So a lot of papaer will saved.

    Hi, Recently reliance acquired shri kannan departmental stores. I live in tamilnadu, Coimbatore. I am a regular customer to kannan department(ramnagar branch). My complaint is about a employee who is working there for couple of years and it's about his behaviour. His looks is like pedophile(touching kids private parts). He looks black, a bit bald, he works in first floor which is grocery section. This is my humble request to remove him. It is going to save a lot of kids life from being sexually abused.     My mobile no is 9658061373. I regularly visit your store at Puri and bhubaneswar. I have no complaint at bhubaneswar stores. They are very helpful and describe product details and offers where customer required.
    But store in Puri I see there are lots of staffs as a store requires. But the staffs are not customer friendly at all. and specially there are 4 billing counter but maximum time I found no staffs are at billing counter or one staff may be at this place even there is a Q of customers. If ask to staffs for billing counter they simply ignore and goaway... So this type of problem every customer face at your Puri store. So please look in to this matter.
