    Purchased sweet tamarind item and fungus inside the tamarind by Pavan:

    One week back I have purchased sweet tamarind box from relaince fresh in lakshmipuram guntur, I kept the box in refrigerator now when I opened it there was fungus present in most of the tamarind pieces. There is smell in the pieces. My phone no 9581692995

    Reliance fresh store in Nizampet Hyderbabd staff are very rude to customers. For a small help they have behaved like I am asking their property. Even manager of stores is as rude as security and staff. I will never visit any Reliance stores again. Very bad experience.

    I am in Reliance fresh Mall at Bombay centre the staff female staff was so rude and so bad they don't know how to talk with the customer one female staff bang me the trolley from back and saying me how you are walking and saying me you are not in garden don't walk like you are walking in the garden. Very disappointed because of this in fact other staff also saying me jaane do ladki hai even they are saying you walk properly

    Dear Reliance Fresh,

    I want to complaint against your Guard Mr. Narender Yadav lucky, I visited your store 28 Nov 22 (Monday), and i purchased 3 sweet pack including some other items and went out... but when I open sweet pack at my home that had completely spoiled and badly smell and next day at 29th Nov 2022, when go back to return and informed about it then Guard Mr. Narinder Yadav and Assistant manager (Sunil and staff head) have started an aggressive and rude argument in a very bad manner and are also not ready to return and refund for those spoiled items. In reliance Fresh Gurgaon, opening fraud running but no one here to control things and misbehavior with customers. Is it possible to test any eating item before purchasing ? Staff head and Guard were advised us, you need to check items before purchasing from this store. This is the current situation in Reliance Fresh DT Mega Mall Gurgaon.



    We are looking for an appropriate solution asap for these spoiled items. Other than that we need to take legal action with the help of Consumer Court. How can you sell spoiled items in your store ?

    Complaint against Reliance Fresh Signature 2546 by Suma Jayagopal:

    I had bought farmtodine idli and Dosa batter on 23rd Oct 2022 from Reliance Fresh Signature 2546. The our price written on the batter was Rs 76 but they charged Rs 81 for it. I showed them that the packet had Rs 76 clearly written on it but still they did not agree. I puchased the packet but wrote a written complaint in their register. But till now no action has been taken. I have the date ,time and order id no
    date 23 Oct 2022, time 6.40 pm order ID WX54524Y .
    As per the Reliance policy, I am supposed to be refunded the whole amount Rs 81 for wrong billing amount (which i have got in JioMart) My wallet ref no is 42701847277 (paytm wallet). Hope you will take quick action

    I want to point out a peculiar and humiliating behaviour of billing staff which has happened at least four times in Reliance Fresh Signature 2546
    Yesterday (7/12/2022) also the same behaviour happened. When I went for billing of my grossery, the billing person was not ready to bill my items and directed my to go to a counter where there was no staff even. When I told him that there is nobody, then he called a lady billing person who was not experienced and did not know the codes properly. My complaint is that I am made to go from one billing to another frequently(like a monkey dance). This I pointed out yesterday to the first billing person. Though the person is free, still he will not bill and send you to another counter. This is not for a particular person but most youngsters will do this behaviour. I am a first day customer of Reliance Fresh when it was inaugurated and live very nearby. But the behaviour of the billing staff really leaves you in bad feel when you are treated like this repeatedly. Please look into your training programs where customers don't have a feel good after purchasing from the retail store

    I have been a regular customer since you started your store no 2845 in Hisar Haryana and have always found the staff curteous and helpful. However, this afternoon when I went to your store here and made my purchases the billing clerk by mistake did not bill for two boxes of Strawberries and insted by mistake billed for 13 pieces of Kiwi instead of the 11 presented to her. When the guard checked my purchase he at once accused me of deliberately not getting the Strawberries billed and trying to avoid paying for the and behaved as if I was stealing them without confirming the mistake of the clerk. In any case the matter was resolved when I took two more pieces of Kiwi and got a second bill for the unbilled Strawberries. However, at the gate again the same guard when asked for the first bill stated that I was not telling the truth and that he had given the bill to me. He himself later foung-d the bill lying on the floor where he had dropped it. He did not apologise even for his rude behaviour. Incidentally his clothes were smelling very badly too wich is totally inhygenic. The point of this complaint is that for the mistakes of the employees they are penalised. but what action is taken when a guard misbehaves. Clearly that man concerned needs to be disciplined.     all eggs are stale , when i went to return they dididnt return , i will go to consumer court , if i will get sick i had 2 egg . they have still stale egg in shop , they dont care about human , they are spoling the repotation of reliance

    Jubilant Ingrevia has its plant at Nira and Reliance fresh Shoppe is available door step at Nira. We required glossary for guest house and many times approach reliance shop for purchase. Our Weekly off take is approximate 35K . Shop manager is not providing any services or responding to our phone requests for material and not available in shop for any discussions.

    Today morning ( 17th sep 2023) I visited Reliance fresh,near Gandamunda Chak, Bhubhaneswar for purchasing of some items. As they had opened the store and all staffs were available. I asked them whether I could enter the store because it was 7 am. None of the staffs present over there even bothered to answer me. Irrespective of asking them multiple times they kept quiet and didn't answer anything. When asked to the retail manager he also didn't even respond to the customer. With the most utmost indecent manner one staff told me that the store opens at 7 am. But I told him that the clock shows timings way past 7am.Out of nowhere a lady staff came out with a very rude behavior and told me that I can put a complaint against them anywhere and no one can do anything to them. Felt like more a warning. When I told about the behavior no one told anything and kept quiet.
    I have been associated with Reliance Fresh since a long time but this is the most indecent behavior of staffs towards a customer.
    This is extremely unfortunate that the Manager along with Staff are unaware about proper behavior towards customer.

    Requesting you to kindly look into the same and take immediate action.
