The reliance fresh store at valasaravakkam opens at 0700 and billing staff are coming late creating customes difficult. They are not allowed to purchas. The staff are arrogant and all are new and adolocent. They are rude. The manager Mr. Finish is supported their behaviour and insulting customers. Kind attention is required. Otherwise ur sales will be reduced and customer dissatisfied.

Store manager has not available,but related associates or not response.
I have long relationship with past 5 years.

I purchased Mango (Mallika) type from Reliance fresh Nagole store Hyderabad. Written amount on board is Rs 69/- per/kg. But billing is Rs 89/- per/kg. श्री मान मैं मण्डोर रिलायंस फ्रेश गया था जहाँ पर अनेक अनियमितताए पाई गई।
जिनमे से कई ऐसे प्रोडक्ट है जिन पर सही रूप से प्राइस टेग नही लगा है।
व जब हम प्राइस टेग और प्रोडक्ट में रिलायंस प्राइस में भारी अंतर पाया तो साक्ष्य के तौर पर मोबाइल से पिक्चर लेने का प्रयासः किया जिससे अतिरिक्त प्रबंधक श्री लक्ष्मण सिंह जी ने मना कर दिया अतः वह पिक्चर भी आपको भेजी जा रही है।
कृपया रिलायंस फ्रेश में व्याप्त अनियमितताएं व अव्यवस्था पर यथासंभव शीघ्रातिशीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही कर समयोचित मूल्यांकन कर प्रबंधन व्यवस्था सुचारु रूप से चलाए ।
जब श्री लक्ष्मण जी (अतिरिक्त प्रबंधक और केशियर) जी ने उक्त प्रकरण का निस्तारण ये कह कर किया कि समस्त भारत मे रिलायंस में भी एसी ही प्रकार की अनियमितताए है जिनका निस्तारण होने पर यहा भी कर दिया जाएगा।
ऐसे तो अनियमितताए निरन्तर बढ़ती जाएगी जिसका विकराल रूप जल्दी ही आपके सामने आएगा।
अतः श्री मां से निवेदन है कि जल्द से जल्द उचित कार्यवाही करवाये। व आमजन को हो रही समस्याये से निजात दिलाये

Today i have visited at reliance fresh at jabalpur damoh naka branch and bought many things from there but when i go for billing on counter concern person behaviour was rude. I was stay in the line approx 25 min. When my turn is came that counter swap machine was disturbed. My time is more value for me. And he person is billing for another more peoples because they have short items. Being girl in night 9 o'clock is higher time for me. But reliance fresh employee never cooperative with customers. All things in store always unsystamatic.

But unfortunately they said that this coupon is not valid in this store, you have to visit other store. I did payment on 3-11-2019 thorugh google pay at Reliance Fresh (Hoshiarpur) but as per Billing Guy he did not received the same.
likewise I did 4 transactions and all the money got deducted from my account.
Billing guy told me that 3 transactions will get refunded later within 7 days.
After 7 days I am regularly approaching Reliance Fresh representative but matter is still not resolved.
even submitted my bank statements & evidences at store still no revert.
Kindly loom into this matter as its almost one month.

Dear Sir,
On 5th Nov, 19 I have purchased some grocery items from a Reliance Fresh retail shop (R009712325) at Kathgola, Sodepur, North 24th Parganas, Pin 700110, West Bengal. After purchase I wanted to pay the bill through GPay. But somehow that payment processed is delayed and the machine at salesman end has timed out. Then he told me to pay by some other instrument. I have payed the bill through my Credit Card.
After that my GPay account is showing me that the amount is debited from my account but not credited to Reliance Fresh account due to some confusion. However, I approached to the store on 19th Nov, 19. They informed that they have call locked and wanted me to visit again after two/three days. On 22nd Nov, 19, I have seen that the GPay payment is settled and it also showed me that the amount is credited to Reliance Fresh account. But the said store told me that they did not received any payment against UPI Transaction ID 930921043632.
