    Dear Sir,

    On 5th Nov, 19 I have purchased some grocery items from a Reliance Fresh retail shop (R009712325) at Kathgola, Sodepur, North 24th Parganas, Pin 700110, West Bengal. After purchase I wanted to pay the bill through GPay. But somehow that payment processed is delayed and the machine at salesman end has timed out. Then he told me to pay by some other instrument. I have payed the bill through my Credit Card.
    After that my GPay account is showing me that the amount is debited from my account but not credited to Reliance Fresh account due to some confusion. However, I approached to the store on 19th Nov, 19. They informed that they have call locked and wanted me to visit again after two/three days. On 22nd Nov, 19, I have seen that the GPay payment is settled and it also showed me that the amount is credited to Reliance Fresh account. But the said store told me that they did not received any payment against UPI Transaction ID 930921043632.
