    Dear Customer Care or Complaints Handling Department,

    I am a regular customer to Reliance fresh located at “No. 9, Varadharaja Puram MainRd, periyar nagar, Lakshmipuram, Masakali Palayam, Tamil Nadu 641015 (Ph: 0422 259 6112). Igo to this store almost daily.

    Your security guard named Kandaswamy behaves very rudely with the customers. Today,I have gone with my senior friend. As there were very less people (less than10) inside the store which is less than the permitted number which is 20 people, my friend requested to let us inside. Your Reliance fresh security named Kandaswamy shouted in loud voice very disrespectfully and said in a vulgar language that he is irritated of his work and he can only let the customers inside when he decides to do so.

    Also this security comes inside the store and shouts in a loud voice to all customers. This is not the first time the customers are treated so badly by this security guard.

    I request you to take appropriate action and teach your security guard as how to behave with the customers. Reliance Fresh has a good brand name and this name will be spoiled by such employees or contract employees.
