    Sir,

    This is in reference to National Mediclaim policy no. 462300501810000040 in the name of Mahendra Kumar Garg dt. 16.05.2018.

    For last 5 months we are waiting for the health cards.

    We have contacted the local branch office more than 50 times but no reply and result.

    The policy was issued by Mr. N.K. TIKKHA.

    He is giving false promises for last 5 months that within 15 days you will get but more than 5 months have passed.

    If this is the service national insurance gives everybody should stop taking medical policies from Nation Insurance Mediclaim.

    Very disappointed with National insurance and you are creating the perfect image in the mind of a common man that government Mediclaim companies do not work and are not bothered of customer.

    I hope you will lokk into the matter and send the health cards at an earliest.

    Dear Sir,

    This is in continuation to the approval of my Hospitalization Claim vide No.17326067, Date of admission : 23/5/18 against my Mediclaim Policy No. 310300501710012646. First of all the TPA, M/s Medi Assist India has taken 4 months for the approval of the claim. After that, on 10th of October, 2018 they approved the claim and sent the Claim Approval Advice to the Insurance Company (NIC) under intimation to me. Now, even after almost 5 months neither the amount is credited to my account nor any information from the Insurance Company. Can you please help me out in getting the reimbursement at the earliest without any further delay, else advice me where I should go and approach for a speedy settlement of my claim.

    For your information, when the premium is delayed for few days, the Insurance company take penalty and, as such, why that clause is not applicable here also.

    मेरी गाड़ी स्कॉर्पियो S2 up60 एसी 808 का एक्सीडेंट 30 सितंबर 2018 को हुआ था जिसकी प्राथमिक सूचना बलिया ब्रांच को मैं लिखित दे चुका था उसके बाद में अपनी गाड़ी ट्रेन से राज इंडिया मोटर वाराणसी जहां बॉडी साफ होने की वजह से वहां ले गया वहां गाड़ी का स्टीमेट बना जो 1600000 लाख कथा वहां सर्वेयर एसडी मिश्रा नियुक्त हुए जिन्होंने गाड़ी का सर्वे करके लखनऊ का आरो ऑफिस को अप्रूवल के लिए मेल किया आज 2 महीना हो गया अभी तक कोई रिस्पांस मुझे नहीं मिला फोन करने पर यह बताया जाता है कि जहां से बीमा हुआ है उसी ब्रांच से आपको सूचना मिलेगी लेकिन ब्रांच पर जाने पर वहां के ब्रांच मैनेजर शशांक गुप्ता कहते हैं कि यह मेरे यहां का मैटर नहीं है और इसके बारे में मैं आपकी कोई मदद नहीं कर सकता सर यह बताएं मैं गाड़ी मालिक अपनी गाड़ी का बीमा नेशनल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी से कराया था गाड़ी एक्सीडेंट होने तक मेरी बीमा सही है और सारा मैटर ब्रांच मैनेजर के नालेज में है लेकिन अभी तक मेरे क्लेम के बारे में कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हो रही है जिससे मैं परेशान हूं इसका उचित कार्रवाई करें और मेरे बीमा की पॉलिसी और क्लेम की जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई पूरी कर मेरी गाड़ी को सही कराएं या मेरी गाड़ी का जितना वैल्यू है उतना रिफंड करें नहीं तो मैं इसके आगे अब उपभोक्ता फोरम में अप्लाई कर लूंगा क्योंकि मुझे अभी तक सही जवाब नहीं मिला और ना ही मेरे साथ उचित कार्रवाई
