    Dear Sir,

    This is in continuation to the approval of my Hospitalization Claim vide No.17326067, Date of admission : 23/5/18 against my Mediclaim Policy No. 310300501710012646. First of all the TPA, M/s Medi Assist India has taken 4 months for the approval of the claim. After that, on 10th of October, 2018 they approved the claim and sent the Claim Approval Advice to the Insurance Company (NIC) under intimation to me. Now, even after almost 5 months neither the amount is credited to my account nor any information from the Insurance Company. Can you please help me out in getting the reimbursement at the earliest without any further delay, else advice me where I should go and approach for a speedy settlement of my claim.

    For your information, when the premium is delayed for few days, the Insurance company take penalty and, as such, why that clause is not applicable here also.
