I had been trying to renew online the subject policy since yesterday evening but I was given to understand that your server was under maintenance and I could not renew it. 21/02/2018 midnight was the expiry time of the policy but could not renew due to server failure- not my fault, hence how could I proceed now? My request is to allow me a grace period of atleast one day. Your server is still not working.
