National Insurance service is very poor
Those emplye only deal policy but not provided servic smoothaly.
I have face a problem two week due to claim of our vehicle . All document submitted at NICL office at Indira nagar Lucknow Block-C/1759. but surveyor not follow any response.
Our vehicle workshop wait for company survey but they are not give any response
So i advise to all friends & people please never purchase NICL Policy

Our 18 digit medical policy 100500501610007428 will expire on 26/02/18. Tried to renew it but NIC home portal accepted only 20-digit. Hence went to Indian exchange place bldg, 8th. None could solve the problem. Went to Middlton street ofiice where after contacting 5 peoples we got the correct link. But downloading the PDF is regretted. Your toll free no did not responde. On 12.02.18 we tried to solve the issue through toll free no.But after listening music for 10 minutes we we had to hear "sorry"

Also I am unable to understand why my hospitalization claim is rejected? In your reply its mentioned that as per indoor case paper ,not active line of treatment, only medicine tablet given. What do you mean medicine claim is not allowed? Whilst taking policy I understood that "IN PATIENT" claim is covered. Kindly explain.
