The return is not getting picked up deliberately by the partner.
The delivery boy meant for receiving cancelled items never comes to collect and dont know what report he gives to myntra as I get standard msg everytime that Pickup Failed and ultimately Retun Request cancelled. I wonder why the delivery boy never misses the date mentioned in the SMS from Myntra when a new item is to be delivered and payment is to be collected.

I have been using the bag only since a week and the handle of the handbag has been dispatched withe and bag. I quality of the bag is very poor. And you sell these bags saying they are branded?? with such high price?? I dint even use it for a week and its been dispatched.

On 16/09/2017 I have received the parcel for one of my order as mention above in torn and tempering condition. For this reason it has not been possible to receive the packet. I this its a very shameful incident for MANTRA on line shopping. Even than the courier boy has said that there is nothing to do regarding the torn and tempering parcel, as it has done from the origin.
I am a customer think that if such incident may occur , than everyone should think once at least, before placing the desired orders.

1) that I had ordered 02 (two) sets of Window curtains (04 in number) only,but you had delivered 01 (one) set of Window curtain & one (01) piece of Door curtain of different design & print which was not ordered by me at all ; now my question is that you had refunded for one set of window curtain only (Half money refunded), so the Door curtain which you had sent to me was a Free Gift from Myntra for which no money was refunded ?
2) that I had contacted you immediately for your mistake & I had applied for Return of entire order,
3) that your Associate Mr. Debu Mystry (phone no. 7349401183) had collected the entire consignment from me i.e.,I had handed over to him above 01(02 no.) set of Window curtain & 01 piece of Door curtain which was delivered by you,
4) that I had communicated with your Customer care representatives several times when they had assured me that they have realized the matter & will take necessary steps to make immediate refund of the due amount lying with you, but no action is taken till date from your side,
5) that I had further made purchases from Myntra ; but now myself & my associates are afraid that shall we have to face Loss of Money in online purchase like this ?
However you are once again requested to take necessary steps to make above refund at your earliest.

I had to use my money in phone pe. I made a transaction on 25/12/2017 twice. the extra money was to be paid through credit card. I had to fill my CVV code also. Both the times, it was not processed saying that the time taken to complete the process was long; which wasn't true. This is very irritating. I have always used my card online without giving the CVV code.This seems to be risky especially when its not completed.
