(1) An Order # 408-7470345-0686763 was placed on 27/03/2019 and payment done online [a/c no 32980550915, SBI],thanks for confirmation was received. THIS ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY AMAZON VIDE SMS AND EML dated 28.3.2019 12.07 P.M. for reason(s)
cancelled by you as above. I was BETTER KNOWN TO YOU. UPON THIS next day,
(2) I viewed Amazon,i.e., on 28/3/19 and observed that Kurti was still
available, and thus, AFTER ABOVE SAID CANCELLATION I made another Order and made payment AGAIN of Rs699.00 Order #408-7986498-1644365 confirmation received.
Note: I have received both the items; even the one which was pertinent to return ONE: and RETURNED one with 'PICKUP RECEIPT DELIVERY CHALLAN, DATED 10/04/2019 #1493138631313/AMAZONRETURNS 9408-7470345-0686763. Naturally the refund of Rs699/- is due. Another Order # 406-4128932-2509145 was made for Yellow Kurti... still to be received.
