Complaint Transaction processing

    I had to use my money in phone pe. I made a transaction on 25/12/2017 twice. the extra money was to be paid through credit card. I had to fill my CVV code also. Both the times, it was not processed saying that the time taken to complete the process was long; which wasn't true. This is very irritating. I have always used my card online without giving the CVV code.This seems to be risky especially when its not completed.
