Dear IFB Customer Care,
I'm from Chennai and this is regarding IFB Service Support by NEWTECH ( Franchise of IFB Industries).
I deeply regret to inform you that the support provided by NEWTECH (Franchise of IFB Industries) is incompetent and Fraud.
I registered a complaint for my IFB washing machine on October 22nd 2020, The Service Personnel informed us
1. To Change the Motor and Belt (amounting to 11530 INR),
2. After couple of days, we had the same problem, This time he said the Drum is faulty and removed the same for Service.
3. Again after fixing the drum, we had the same problem, This time he said Mother Board is faulty and informed us it cannot be serviced.
4. We requested for the complete refund and take the components so that we could buy a new IFB Washing Machine.
I have been calling numerous times the NEWTECH ( Franchise of IFB Industries) for a refund, Neither my Washing Machine is repaired nor i could buy a new one. All our repeated calls were not acknowledged properly.
We never expected this from IFB Global, Your Franchise had put us through complete dissatisfaction and mental agony.
I would request and appreciate, if you could step in and take immediate action.

This mail is to share my bad experience with your Customer Care services provided to me.
First of all there was a first service made by your team and they informed us the Motherboard was at fault. So they requested for a change and we did the same. They charged 7000rs and the worst part is that still the issue was not fixed and now the machine is not all working once we start the machine all we hear now are some weird noises that is all. We also tried to reach your customer service again and was promised to send an technician to solve the issue but till date no one has shown up and also your customer service does not seem to care.
Also the Service agent who showed up was not aware of any technical details of the machine and the service which he made.
I was a long time customer of IFB and referred my relatives to buy your products. But never felt that my own words would back fire on me by this worst customer service experience.

In a machine water intake is there, but the rotor there is no spindle. Clothes are not getting washed. Please send your mechanic and repair the machine. Some work on the same machine was carried out last year.

I had contacted customercare @ 18001022745 on 25th Aug. Global Service Washing machine assigned a ticket 412370692. Service technician came and without even trying to find what is the problem, took away the front panel. He then orally told that it would take about 6000 to repair it. I asked him to put it back as it is. I might have made more than 20 calls. Each time I get a response that he is coming. Even today (28th Aug), I was told that he would be coming by 7 pm. Till now he has not come. I want quick action on this ASAP..I feel I am being harassed and cheated.
