Sir,
I write this to submit that I purchased one washing machine-IFB, Model WM senorita wxs , front load, capacity 6.5 KG for Rs. 36,000 on 11.08.2018. The Receipt No. is 182000064. To my utter disappointment, it is giving me trouble as much timw. Its persistent problems are machine get turn off while running and displays as "dpen" after checking the user manual were known that all were good. And also I contact IFB servicemen they checked and reported all will be soon. But it seems more than 10 months the same problem we are facing everyday. This makes us bad and too dissapointed about your product. If you said this problem when I purchase may look for anything else. But now I got loss and trouble. We don't have idea about this machine future use. I purchase because of your brand and service. Here all goes too bad now. What we do when the machine continuously not working. This is not good. Kindly give solution for this problem.
I complained about the machine to the Sales Executive of your company. He got it checked thrice but the fault could not be rectified.
Under these circumstances, the peace cannot be accepted. Kindly replace it immediately.

We have bought IFB washing machine 8 kgs front load on 19.03.2020 from Khosla electronics Jamshedpur Jharkhand. Since that time no technician came to install our machine. After online complain technician came on 22.05.2020 for installation and found that the washing machine is damaged and is not functional.
We want replacement of washing machine asap and if the same cannot be done but refund our amount of 35 k . We will be more than happy to buy LG . This was the worst experience from IFB with such improper service and indecent staff.
