We took a machine in August within 3 months we have got 2times repair and now lock is not working we given complaint on 22/10/19 till now my problem is not resolved no response from your employees an we very much disappointed with this product and daily they are telling tomorrow by evening your problem will be resolved but not yet till now
I want immediately this problem will be resolved
And how many days you will take to bill done for one product daily they are telling bill wasn't done madam.
How many days should I wait for one small problem not only this billing problem,they told me so many problems

Employees are not there madam

I have problem with senorita sx complaint :1004048197.. ifb executive attend and said there problem with board it will be replaced in 3days.. its happened last month still they didn't replaced it... us there any one to take care of this negligence work???
Here am giving 0 for ifb. I dont recommend for ifb to any one.

I had brought an ifb washing machine front load AQUA SX on 30.04.2019 from Saha Electronics Pandua,Hooghly,W.B. From beginning it can not rotate first chance and indicate error everyday then if we cancel and start second time start this is the main problem.for this I donate 3 times
Every time service comes but I can't get positive result.it is in warranty period.therefore I request to solve this problem.

I am very sorry to say that your services are very very poor. Engineers are not trained. This is my bad luck that I have purchased 8 kg front load washing machine of IFB. Your engineer opened my washing machine and promised that he will come on next day but did not come even after 4 days. My W/machine is still opened at my home.
I will never purchase your product again and will not refer to my friends and relatives.

I want to raise an issue regarding pathetic customer support your company is providing, i owned a 2 washing machine and one fully automatic washing machine. recently i registered a complaint on 28 November Ticket No:1004270959 and Ticket No:1004438028 at customer support , basically the washing machine unable to run condition and completely non-functional.
With out attending the Job task Technician . I got message on my mobile saying that my ticket is resolved, how my ticket can be resolved without running condition. why you'r Tuticorin team are closing the ticket without machine working condition?
I don't know how about your service center in other location, But your present Team at Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu is worst service provider, Kindly make sure your service team does job as per complaint raised , Otherwise self will file a legal consumer complaints against IFB....

I am Randhir Kumar Pandey from Dahisar west Mumbai.I have purchased of your product as washing machine DIVA AQUA SX in December 2019 from Snehanajli store Mira road.
From beginning I am facing huge problem in your product,two times I have compliment to your product but there is no proper response at your end.Everytime it has problem in rotation inside the machine water is not reached properly on detergent area while in my building water force is dynamic and fine.Four five times it creates a problem.I am a banker of nationalised bank and we come under essential and emergency services in Covid19.We have to always wash our clothes time to time and in this pandamic situation how we will manage the show and do the proper job for our Nation.
Sometimes I feel throw it in Dustbin.
Kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible other wise I raised the issue through twitter as well.
