my name is kamesh parasher .i am from vikaspuri new delhi my pin code is 110018. my reg mobile number is 9717571769. my date of birth is 1 nov 1994. my father name is mukesh parasher . yai meri sari info hai .... mai apne loan ki paymnt 2 baar kra chuka hu fir bhi mera loan closed show nahi ho rha hai ,,, settled show ho rha hai ... mene first pay 3 feb 2016 ko ki thi ... full paymnt thi 8400 ki .... 2 sall bad mene phone finance krane k liye gya to they said already 1 pending hai .... mne unko receipt dikhayi ... customer care pai bat bhi ki ... they said apko dobara pay krna hoga ... mene on the spot fir sai paymnt ki 9600 ki 11 april 2018 ko .... customer care said paymnt update ho gyi hai .... mne last paymnt kai liye bola to they said jha s finance krwaya wha jao or unko bolo vo apko refund denge ,,.. but mai vha gya to dekha vo shop khi or shift ho gyi hai jiska adrss bhi nahi pta .... mne fir b socha koi ni but abhi mne 15 days sai mai complaint kr rha hu ki mera loan close show kyu nahi kr rha hai jbki 2 bar same loan ki paymnt kra chuka hu ....loan settled show ho rha hai but mne koi settlment nahi ki hai ... full amount with all tax pay kiya hai .....or sbse badi bat 19000 pay kr chuka total mila kai .... customer care said ki 45 days mai close ho jayga ... i have call recordings if u want mai vo b send kr duga ... 45 days bad they said 3 din or lgnge close hone mai ... now 50 days ho chuke hai still settl show ho rha hai.... i need resolution .... mera loan close hona chayia na ki settle .... if u want i can pay the same amount again ...age pese hi chayia to bta do .... but customer ka fool mt bnao ... agr mko resolution nahi mila i can take a legal action ... with the help of ur call recordings and payment slip ... then i ll see you in the court .... bhoot calls kr chuka hu hr bar yai kh kr mna kr dete hai 3 din or lgenge ,.... sir company ki policy hai ...are policy hai to rkho uske hisab sai kaam bhi karo ,,... meko mera loan close chayia .... alredy mail kr chuka apko kai baar still koi reply nahi mila hai .... abhi fir customer care pai bat hui they said last time ap mail kro hmne bhi apka mail forward kiya hai ... islie mai fir sai mail kr raha hun ,,... plz do the need full . loan settlmnt nahi loan close hona chayia .... apke agent apke sath fraud krte hai .. isme customer ki galti nahi hai .... so plz check my case and change your wordings in my report .. kindly mention loan closed .

Unhone kaha hai ki aapko EMI 48 months tak bharni padegi.or monthly emi 4605 rupy hai.to is hisab se 4605 rupy 48 months tak bharege to 221040 rupy hothe hai.par ye bhot jada interest charge ho rha hai. 100000 lene par aapko 221040 rupy wapis krne padege ye bhot hi jada amount hota hai. To sir plz aap bataiye itna charge kyu isme kuch kam hona chahiye plz jaldi batayiye..

Myself Sejish thazhissery as an existing customer of home credit as i had mail this bcoz iam literally got frustrated as iam not getting the proper response from personal loan department it was an 21 day over i had applied for the personal loan and my loan no is 3803577795 which was signed on 31st may 2018 till knw i had not rececive an amount in my account and whenever i had contact to customer care of personal loan department ms. Rupa raj she say that your document had not receive so kindly go to the the nearest store to give the documnt and it was 3rd time iam giving the document but the same reply iam getting that your document had not recieve.......
So kindly suggest to you that 21 day has gone and i had not receive the amount and also no proper response iam getting from home credit customer care and from 7th june i had contact more than 24 time to your customer care but i am not getting proper response as you can check my records too..and yesterday when i contact our personal loan customer care no ms.rupa raj who had sign up my loan said same reason saying your document had not receive so you can take the request that you dont want this loan as i had wait more than 21 days, which i had said on 31st may that within 4-5 day you will get the amount.but not credited

aapki ghatiya service se me pareshan ho chuka hu, 5 se 20 email kar chuka hu aapko 40 se 45 baar customer care par call kar chuka hu, ab apna aapa kho chuka hu, hamesha aapki taraf se wahi same reply aata he 2 working days me problem resolve ho jayegi, copy paste karna band karo aur sahi reply karo payment kab doge ya nahi doge, itni bekaar service maine apne carreir me kabhi nahi dekhi he, me aapko apni bank account details 3 baar send kar chuka hu. mujhe lagta he jiska koi matlab nahi he shayad. me aapko aagah kar rah hu agar mujhe do din me payment nahi recieve hota he to me isi month ki 11 tarikh se aapki emi bhugtan band kar dunga,
