I, Shyam Kumar having customer id: 3804237780 , request you to let me know the Interest rate charged on my loan having EMI Rs. 3,432 & Principal Amount Rs. 72,000 & Tenure 42 Months. As i have seen the acknowledgment , Interest Rate charged on my loan was 28.63 % p.a. compounding monthly.
As i saw the repayment schedule sent by you , interest charged on loan 45% p.a compounding monthly which is inconsistent with the rate mentioned in the acknowledgement i.e 28.63% p.a compounding monthly.
And Please find the attached file in which i have shown both the scenarios or you can yourself calculate through EMI calculator attached.
So Please don't try to do such manipulations with me and try to re-issue me the updated repayment schedule as per the rate of interest 28.63% p.a asap .

Dear sir,
I had applied for a personal loan in 2018 now i want to close loan. My business has stopped due to this pandemic. No tourist are coming these days so that i m anable to pay EMI. I had taken personal loan of rs 150000/- your customers care executives are calling continously from 6O'clock to 8O'clock after informing and even after they had given moratorium .It is completely frustrating now i m going to pay my loan by selling my car.
I asked customer care about my loan he told you have paid 18 EMI 30 are due total104256 paid 132000/-due with moratorium amount. Apko pta hai ki govt ne bola hai ki interest ke sath lena hai. Abhi interest diya hai abhi moratorium ke sath total 132000 dena hi hoga. After this conversation there is no more call.
