It's been over a month since I last registered my complaint with Hindware but to my utter surprise nothing has had happened till date. Each time I called your service centre I get the same reply, the damaged part is not received by them, as soon as they receive it will fix it and it's the same message which they keep repeating each time I call,,,surprising enough why a small part (flush tank lid) can't be arranged till date as in this time frame even a part can be arranged even from USA ...
