My son had sent an important paper from DTDC Bangalore office to Attingal office. Attingal office people informed me to reach their office and collect my currior. They won't deliver to my residence. I am staying in our town and it is 7.0km away from their office.
As you ware, if my son would have been sent this parcel through speed post, they may charge Rs.100 only and they will deliver it to my home. Whereas my son had paid Rs.150 to DTDC. I have made a query about this in your Bangalore office. But one lady arrogantly told me, they are not responsible for this case, go and complaint to customer care department etc.and disconnected my call. She insult me.
This is the third time, Attingal office repeating the same mistakes. They says, if you have any complaint, go and complaint it to from where you have sent etc.
This is unfair, If you are not taking action against this cheating, I will be forced complaint to relevant departments and social medias like facebook, twitter, whatsapp etc. I am giving you 7 days time for your response. Thanks.

this is my consignment number(K22610089) , I would like to bring into your notice that the mentioned comments (receiver shifted from mentioned address) for non-delivery of my consignment is a complete LIE .
I am the consignee (Saugat kumar Baaneree ) & I am very much present in my address which is (Aidem ventures pvt ltd , 3rd Floor , Plot no 107 , sector 44 , Instituional area , Gurugram , Haryana 122002). I had medical prescription & certificates of my father in the consignment which is required on urgent basis .
I would also like to bring into your notice that the consignment number K2258135 was received by me in the same address on 4th of Nov .
While I tried to reach out to your help line number , but the person sitting there just heard me for a minute & then disconnected my call . I received a complain sms which is 15680340.
