I am standing in chabra DTDC (Sahibabad Ghaziabad 201007) since half hours but he is asked to me normal courier has been closed for Rakhi and if you want to send courier please use express for rakhi. We have compare the cost with normal and express. Express cost compare to normal 400% extra. Please let me know if any person not having sufficient money so how to send courier. I think this country not for poor people. Only rich person deserve this.
Please look into this and plan for alternative solution.

This is to informed you that I am book 1 courier Delhi to Raipur ( Rakhi ) Tracking ID :- Z12827479 8th Aug 2019 timing 06:30 PM .
At Raipur location my packet received 9th Aug 2019 15:54 PM DTDC Hub Delhi to Raipur distance 1250 KM with in 24 hours .
But local Raipur 10th Aug 2019 to 14th Aug 6 days completed but my packet to deliver my given address and your courier boys and branch staff do not call me last 5 days .
Yesterday your Raipur branch staff call me around 7 pm and confirm my address after that I am confirm my full address and he is asking me I am not deliver today same has been deliver tomorrow .
And I asking why ? he is telling me deliver timing is 9 am to 6 pm .and argue with me and say to me I am not responsible for your deliver due to wrong location and this not my area .
And my packet last 6 days mover shaker nagger branch to pandri branch and No one responsible for deliver my packet .
Raipur branch given 4 number to for follow up my courier and not one given proper response to me .

We have send the courier to Bangalore from Singapore dated 07/08/19 Tracker no 565900414914.and even after 9 days til today not deliver.This is a kind of courier service DTDC is providing that also escapes one .
When calling your DTDC office they are very good in diff excuse and lecture.
I regret why i choose your courier services which is worst i ever seen even local courier services are far batter then your.
We send courier because it was urgent other wise would have send by post that would have reach till now,I want to check how many day more or month will take to deliver the courier.

I am a senior citizen residing at Guruvayur, Thrissur district, Kerala, 680101.To day I received a call from your Franchise office at Guruvayur asking me to collecct an envelope sent by Medi Assist Insurance TPA Private Limited, Kolkata(DTDC No. K32433378). I have to go to the DTDC Office to collecct the item. This is not for the first time I was compelled to visit the Franchise Office, Guruvayur to collect parcels/letters addressed to me. Unlike other courier Service including India Postal Service, you never deliver things at door step. This is unfair and making much inconvenience and difficulty to persons like me who are unhealthy. If you cannot deliver at the door step of addressee avoid collecting such articles. Let them send the item by any other courier service who can deliver to the person concerned at his/her door step. If you oblige to my appeal, it will be a help to ailing senior citizens like me.

Sir I have percel by traking no D53659261.when I track it showing doorclosed. Which is not true. I have gone to there counter to pick the the my percel they ask me collecte it from his home. Then I asked them to deleverd to given address they replied me that it will be late when they will gate time.
After half an hour I cheqed the status on net it showing it is deleverd successful. But till now at 3.pm 7/9/19 I have not received the Purcell. Plz give me what should I do and do the needfull so I get my parcel safely and properly.
